Can I choose a particular doctor?
Yes. The booking page lets you search doctors by name or specialty and shows their photo, specialization and experience. Each doctor also has a profile page with consultation timings.
How do I know which department or specialist to see?
If you are unsure, start with General Medicine; the doctor can assess you and refer you to the right specialist. Our Specialties pages also explain which symptoms each specialty looks after.
Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
Please call the hospital as early as you can with your booking reference. The team will help you change the date or time, or cancel.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring a photo ID, previous prescriptions, test reports and scans, and a list of the medicines and supplements you take. Arriving 15 minutes early helps with registration.

Lab Tests & Home Collection

How do I book a lab test?
Open Book a Lab Test, choose your tests or packages, select home sample collection or a visit to the hospital, pick a preferred date and time, and enter your details. Our team will call to confirm.
Is home sample collection available?
Yes. Choose Home sample collection on the booking form and enter your address and pincode. The team will call to confirm the time and any collection charges.
Do I need a doctor's prescription for a lab test?
Many tests can be booked without a prescription, for example as part of a routine checkup. If a doctor has advised specific tests, keep the prescription ready. If you are unsure which tests you need, book a consultation.
Do I need to fast before my test?
Only some tests, such as fasting blood sugar and lipid profile, need fasting. Each test page and the booking page say whether fasting is required. Water is usually fine unless you are told otherwise.
How long do lab reports take?
Each test page shows an approximate report time, often within the same day for common tests. Some tests take longer. Timing can vary with sample collection time and laboratory workload.
How do I get my lab report?
Reports are shared by the hospital. If you have a patient account, completed reports can be viewed in your patient portal. Please ask the team how you will receive yours when they confirm your booking.
What does a lab test cost?
The listed price for every test appears on its page. Prices can change, and a home collection charge may apply, so the team confirms the final amount when they call.
Can I book more than one test, or a test for a family member?
Yes. You can select as many tests and packages as you need. Make a separate booking for each person so that each gets their own details and report.
Should I stop my medicines before a blood test?
No. Do not stop prescribed medicines unless your doctor tells you to. Tell the team about the medicines and supplements you take.
Can a single test result diagnose a condition?
No. A laboratory result is read together with your symptoms, history and other findings by a doctor. Do not diagnose or treat yourself from one result.

Health Packages

What is a health package?
A health package bundles several related tests into one booking, for example a full body checkup or a diabetes screening. Each package page lists every test it includes.
Which health packages are available?
See the Health Packages page for the current list, which includes full body, diabetes, heart, women's, men's, thyroid, vitamin and bone, liver and kidney, and fever and infection packages.
How are package prices worked out?
A package price is the total of the listed prices of the tests it includes. Prices can change, so the team confirms the current amount when you book.
Can I add or remove tests from a package?
You can book a package together with extra individual tests. If you would like a different combination, choose the individual tests you need, or ask the team when they call.
Which package should I choose?
It depends on your age, symptoms and risk factors. A routine full body checkup suits many adults, while specific packages suit specific concerns. A doctor can advise you.

It depends on age, health and risk factors. Many adults benefit from a routine review at regular intervals. A doctor can advise a schedule and the tests that suit you.
